Return & Refund Policy

At Meechu, your baby’s safety and well-being are our top priorities. We take great care in ensuring that every product is delivered in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, which include baby hygiene and personal care items, we follow a strict return and refund policy to maintain product integrity and hygiene standards.

Return Policy

Due to safety and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns on any of our products once they are delivered. This is because opened or even slightly handled personal care products cannot be reused or resold.

However, we will accept returns and offer replacements or refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Product: If the product delivered is physically damaged or leaking at the time of delivery

  2. Incorrect Product: If you receive a different product from what was ordered

  3. Missing Items: If your order is incomplete or has missing items

To be eligible for a return in the above cases:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging

We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Policy

Once your claim is verified:

  • For damaged or incorrect products: A full refund will be processed to your original payment method, or we will send a replacement at no additional cost based on your preference.

  • For prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

  • For COD orders: Refunds will be initiated via a bank transfer after confirmation.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the entire order was incorrect or damaged.
